Buyer is solely responsible for the pickup/shipping arrangments of all items purchased at his/her own expense during the specified time frame. A Non-paying bidder is a person who wins the auction through the bidding process but does not follow through with the transaction. As a bidder, if you have the highest bid and the auction closes - you are obligated to complete the transaction. PICK-UP: Pick-Up days are Tuesday Thursday 9 AM to 4:30 PM. All items must be paid for prior to pick up (unless paying with cash).
