-Restrooms will be available- CONDITIONS - Sellers will be required to sign consignment contracts stating items are free of any and all mortgages, liens, or encumbrances - serial numbers traced for payment. - All items become the complete responsibility of the buyer immediately after sold, in case of theft or damage. - Buyers must present cash, cashier's check, or check w/ bank letter of credit on major purchases. Items will not be removed until payment is made. - Sponsors and auctioneers are agents only and are not responsible for condition, use or marketable title for any item sold. All warranties and/or guarantees are between buyer and seller.
