​All items sold AS-IS. Immediate removal required. Payments accepted for in person bidding - Cash, Approved Check, MC, VISA, Disc.
This portion of the sale will include but not limited to: Vehicles Tools, Furniture and some of the personal estate household items. There will be additional items that will be sold at the live auction only, that are not included in this internet portion. The high bidder of each item will be responsible to remove their purchases from the house or the property during the times defined in the online auction. Live in person Bidders must remove the same day as the auction. Any tools, vehicle or labor help to remove will be the buyers responsibility, The auction house will have a small skid loader on the premise to assist during pick-up times after the end of the live auction.
