• The acceptance of the winning bid must be approved by the Rock Hill Board of Aldermen. It is the intention of the City to review the winning bid within two weeks of the close of the auction. If in the judgment of the Board of Aldermen the winning bid does not represent the fair value of the Property, the Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

• Any title evidence desired by the successful bidder will be procured by the successful bidder at his/her sole cost.
