TERMS: Real Estate: 20% down the day of the auction with the balance due in 30 days.   The vehicle and all personal property items must be paid for in full the day of the auction with check, cash, or major credit card in full. All credit sales are subject to a 3% processing fee. 

NOTE:  There will be a 10% buyer’s premium added to the last bid to determine the final sales price.

Note:  The purchaser of a single-family residence built before 1978 has a maximum of 10 days to inspect the property for lead-based paint.  The period for inspection begins August 8th through August 18th.  The successful bidder must sign a waiver of the 10-day post-inspection period.
