SOFT CLOSE Bidding is set to begin closing at 5pm on August 13, 2019. Any bids accepted within the final 3 minutes of the auction, will extend bidding an additional 3 minutes. Extensions may continue until no bids are accepted for 3 minutes after the previous bid. Bidding is not concluded until 3 minutes between bids, after 5pm has occured.
