  • ONE DAY PICKUP:  Thursday, August 11th from 10:00 am until 4:30 pm.  You will receive a Shipping Saint email and text for you to confirm your pickup time slot.   
  • Buyers with scheduled time slots will be given preference at pickup over anyone without a scheduled appointment.
  • This auction is located in Newberry, South Carolina - winning bidders will be given the address of the property for pickup.
  • BRING your own manpower, loading help, loading assistance, loading equipment and anything else you think you may need to remove items from this location.
  • DO NOT ASSUME that equipment will be onsite or available for any moving of items, pickup or any purpose in removing items.
  • SAWMILL BUYER:  You must give a $500 deposit prior to removing this item from the location.  You will have five calendar days from the end of the auction to remove this item only.
