Buyers Premium is 8%. Payment can be made thru credit card (4% surcharge), wire transfer, check, or cash. Payment is due within 72 hours from close of auction or your balance will be charged to your credit card. "Checks in the mail" will not be accepted as payment. Pickup will require paid invoice. Pickup at auction location of 331 Washing St, Scotland, SD is Fri Aug 19 5pm-8pm, Sat Aug 20 9am-4pm, Sun Aug 21 1pm-4pm. If these times do not work for you call Lee at 605-464-1937 to make other arrangements. Property is to be removed by Sun Aug 21 by 4pm. Items remaining after Sun Aug 21 at 4 pm will be disposed of if other arrangements have not been made. There is NO SHIPPING provided for this auction.
