2. Shipping is available on small items at bidder's expense. Pls notify auctioneer via "auctioneer notes" in hibid prior to invoicing if possible. Thank you.
3. Auction is subject to cancellation by John Pischke Auctioneer due to Computer black out, power outages, tornados, hurricanes, rioting, civil unrest, acts of war, or any other events that may adversely affect this auction before its completion & final closing by John Pischke Auctioneer ncal 9625.
4. You must submit your credit card information to be able to bid.
5. 13% buyer's premium added to bid price.
6. Sales tax will not be added to purchase price.
7. All items sold as is, where is. All sales are final, no refunds.

9. Pick up is *ONE DAY ONLY* TUES JULY 12, 2022 FROM 3:00PM UNTIL 7:00PM. EVERYTHING MUST BE PICKED UP BY 7PM, 07/12/22. DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU CAN PICK UP BY TUES JULY 12, 2022.
10. For items that are not picked up at designated day and time buyer may be responsible for cost of moving/disposing of non picked up items. Charges will be dependent on item.
11. Buyers are responsible for loading of all items. Auction staff cannot assist with moving, loading and delivering. Please bring your own help, equipment, tools, and packing.
12. Anybody that does not pay for items they bid on during online auctions will not be permitted to participate in any future auctions for John Pischke Auctioneer NCAL 9625.
