2 AUCTIONS - 1 LOCATION Auction located at 8355 W 700 S, Topeka, IN 46571. Book Auction starts at 4pm. Gun Auction starts at 5pm. (1993 Lund Boat & trailer sell at 5pm, followed by guns.) Gun Preview: Tuesday, August 9th 12-5pm. Book Preview: Prior to auction, by appointment, or on August 8th & 9th 8am-4pm. 150+ GUNS! 750+ LOTS OF BOOKS! A large selection of Guns, Ammo, Sporting Goods, and Books! Nice selection of guns and hard-to-find classic, hard cover books! If you like guns and you like to read, this is the AUCTION FOR YOU! Bring a friend, as we will be running 2 rings. Please see attachments for more details! Food by Honey Brook School so come hungry too! Terms: All bidders who purchase a firearm will be required to complete a background check. Background checks will be conducted on-site evening of auction. Buyers receive possession upon clearance of background check. Successful Buyer's are responsible for paying a $20 fee per gun for the background check. We are not responsible for accidents. Any announcements made day of auction take precedence over any and all previously printed material. Payment Terms: Cash or good check with valid and proper ID accepted. Indiana Sales Tax of 7% will be charged on all purchases unless proper ST-105 is on file. Auctioneer's Note: Be sure to check back after August 5th for individual pictures of guns!
