INTERNET ONLY AUCTION Auction Terms & Conditions There is a 15% buyers premium on all items (Plus Local Sales Tax). This means if you bid $1.00 on an item you will be charged $1.15 plus sales tax at checkout. PAYMENT: Your Credit Card on File will be charged at the close of the auction unless you contact us. Full payment must be made by 5 PM, on Auction Pick Up day. We accept all major credit cards, bank money orders and cash. We do not accept personal checks without pre-approval. REMOVAL: Customers are responsible for removing their items from the auction site. Removal hours: You will recieve an email with pickup dates and times for each specific auction. If you require items to be shipped, there is a $10.00 handling fee for shipping in addition to the Shipping Costs. If items are not picked up by 5p.m. on the specified day for auction pickup, your credit card on file will be charged and the items will be resold or disposed of at our discretion unless other arrangements have been made. You are bidding on the ENTIRE contents in the basement of a home located in Friday Harbor, WA. This is similar to a storage Unit lien sale, but the items are located at a residential home instead of a storage unit. Many items in this sale are brand new in the package. Please review the 8-minute video tour of the basement as well as the still photos. The ceiling is a gradient ceiling and the front is approximatly 6' tall and gradually slopes to 3' tall in the back of the basement. Most of the basement is around 5' -6' tall. **The Buyer will be required to bring a $200.00 CASH DEPOSIT AT PICKUP. Once the basement is emptied and "broom swept", the buyer will get the cash deposit returned to them. If the buyer fails to empty the entire contents of the basement, they will forfeit their $200 CASH Deposit. ** The Buyer will have to empty the unit between Monday July 11th and Thursday, July 14th, 2022. **The sellers will also be providing an on-site dumpster that can be used to dispose of any trash. The dumpster is only to be used for actual trash, not items the buyer doesn't want to take. **Please ask ANY questions PRIOR to bidding.
