Auction Terms and Conditons: All items will be sold in As-Is, Where-Is, Condition. All Bidders are expected to make a reasonable inspection of the items they are interested in before bidding and buying. Once the items are declared sold by the auctioneer, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder. Neither the auction company nor the seller will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  The Mobile Home will be sold in As-Is, Where-Is, Condition.  The expense of moving the Mobile Home will be the responsibility of the winning bidder. 

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or Check with property and satisfactory Photo ID,  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of Credit or Debit Cards will be subject to a 4% buyers fee.  Payments made with the use of Cash or approved Check will have the 4% buyers fee waived on Personal Property item purchases only. 

Directions:  17487 Sunset Rd. Winslow, Ar. 72959  If you are traveling North on I-49, use the Chester Arkansas exit.  Follow to Hwy 71, take Hwy 71 North to Winslow Ark.  Turn East on Hwy 74 and follow to the auction location.   If you are traveling South from the Northwest Arkansas Area we suggest using Hwy 71 South to Winslow, Ar. turn East on Hwy 74 and follow to the auction location.
