All items are listed in good preowned condition unless noted in description. We do our best to note all notable defects or damages that are beyond good preowned condition.

Buyer's Premium: 18% BUYERS PREMIUM ADDED ON ALL LOTS PURCHASED.
Buyer's Premium. A buyer's premium is also known as the buyer's portion of commission and is a fee added on to your bid amount. Be sure to factor the BP into your bids when bidding. . All applicable Ontario sales tax will apply to their sum.
Addition to or withdrawal from sale The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw from sale any of the items listed or to sell at this auction items not listed, and reserves the right to group one or more lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide into two or more selling lots. Whenever the best interest of the seller will be served, the auctioneer reserves the right to sell all the items listed in bulk. Minimum bids may be placed on some items. The auctioneer has the right at his absolute discretion to refuse any bid. The highest bidder shall be the buyer at the hammer price.
Dispute between bidders If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer may decide the same or may immediately put the lot up for sale again, and resell to the highest bidder. The decision of the auctioneer shall be final and absolute.
Condition of items sold: Our best efforts are made to represent all items accurately in descriptions and photographs; however, all items are ultimately sold on an as is, where is' basis, with all faults. We strongly encourage all bidders to personally verify the condition of each item during the scheduled preview times. No responsibility is assumed by R&T or the seller for any errors or omissions. No claims will be allowed after goods are removed from premises.
Payment: All items must be paid for in full the evening of the auction. We accept Visa, Mastercard and interac etransfer. Items can be paid for anytime throughout the sale and removed immediately after they have been paid for. All purchases will be subject to 13% HST.
Removal: All items must be removed within the time specified forthe auction. . All items left behind without consent of auction management will be deemed abandoned, seized and resold
Personal and property risk Persons attending during exhibition, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and property and specifically release the auctioneer from liability therefore. Neither the auctioneer nor his principal shall be liable due to any defect in or condition of the premises on which the sale is held.
Records The record of sale kept by the auctioneer and clerk will be taken as final in the event of any dispute.

Please remember that all online auction pickups will be available exclusively from our "new" location at 6934 Kinsmen Court in Niagara Falls. Auction pickups will NOT be available from our original Victoria Avenue location as it will be operating as a storefront for in-person sales only.

Please note that we always send out invoices to winning bidders the morning after an auction closes. If you do not receive your invoice by Monday, May 23rd at 11am EST, please check your Spam / Junk mail folders, and if it is still missing, PLEASE CALL OR TEXT US at 1-833-782-7653 so we can send a new copy.

As mentioned above, WE DO NOT BILL AUTOMATICALLY for either winning invoices or shipping invoices. To reiterate, we honestly and truly do not have your credit card on file, and we do not subscribe to HiBid's auto-pay system. We accept Mastercard and Visa over the phone (Toll-Free: 1-833-782-7653). Our Canadian customers can also pay over the phone, via eTransfer, and we accept cash, debit, Mastercard and Visa in-person.
Do we ship? Absolutely! We ship orders all over the world! For shipping, you would just need to pay for your initial purchase invoice (we mail them out the morning after the auction finishes) and let us know that you'll need shipping. We'll pack, measure, weigh, and then send you a shipping invoice which includes the shipping and handling charges. We ship orders multiple times a week!
