If items paid for are not picked up and no arrangements have been made with the auctioneer prior to the scheduled removal, items will be considered abandoned. Red Owl Auction will not be held liable in the event of Auction Software malfunctions or outages which may result in errors or delays, and the auctioneer reserves the right to cancel or reopon the auction in the event of system failures or circumstances outside of the auctioneer's control. Invoices with pickup instructions will be sent to each buyers registered email at the close of the auction. Please contact Tiffany at (402)415-7040 if you do not receive a paid invoice from us within 24 hours of auction close. Auction items will not be released for pickup until payment is made in full. Item removal is at the risk/liability of the winning buyer and no assistance will be provided. Buyers are expected to arrive with help and/or boxes and packing materials when removing property.
