A Rio Rancho couple decided last minute to relocate and only take what would fit in their RV. Spectrum Auctions has agreed to auction the remaining contents of their 3 bedroom house - furniture, tools, electronics, collectibles, it all will be auctioned and sold to the highest bidder.
Roadrunner Auctions is working along side Spectrum Auctions to make this happen as quick and easy as possible.
LIVE PREVIEW - Saturday. May 28th. 10am to 5pm. No appointment necessary.
From Idalia and Barrance follow the signs.
LOCAL PICK-UP - All items to be picked up at the estate sale location in Rio Rancho, not at the Roadrunner Auction warehouse. Cash or credit card payments will be collected at the estate sale location at time up pick up, not at Roadrunner Auctions warehouse. The location will be printed on all winning bidders invoices. Closest cross streets are Idalia & Barranca Rd. in Rio Rancho, NM.

FIRST LOT ENDS at 6:00pm with subsequent lots ending every 15 seconds. If a lot receives a bid within 2 minutes of ending, the closing time for that lot will be extended 2 minutes for each bid received until no other bids are made.
