All buyers must have a paid receipt from Grace Auctions, LLC at the time of pickup. NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY 9:00 PM ON THE LAST PICK UP DAY, ITEMS WILL BE FORFEITED. We try our best to identify missing or damaged items; however, some items may be missing our broken without our knowledge. All merchandise is sold "As Is" and "Where Is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Without exception, no refunds will be issued for purchased items. Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information. *There will be no trading or sales between buyers on the Grace Auctions, LLC premises* *Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal Grace Auctions, LLC is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. No shipping is advertised; however, if you need items shipped, you must communicate with us prior to the auction close to confirm that the item(s) can and/or will be shipped.
