Any lots not paid for will be subject to immediate resale Vehicles must be PAID FOR by 4:00 p.m. the Monday following the auction and REMOVED by 4 pm Tuesday unless previously arranged. If you cannot adhere to these timeframes please DO NOT BID! Please plan accordingly! A Drivers license is required for all winning bids as well as to enter the tow yard. All vehicles sold are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, and with NO WARRANTIES implied or otherwise. VEHICLES MAY BE ADDED OR DELETED WITHOUT NOTICE for any reason. All bidders must be registered to bid. Paperwork for the winning bidders will only be put in the registered bidder's name. Bidder's failure to inspect goods will not constitute grounds for any claim for damages, adjustment, cancellation of purchase, or any other remedy. Condition of Goods - All goods are sold as-is, where is, without express or implied warranties and without recourse against Blizzard LLC or the seller. There is no guarantee, warranty, or representation, expressed or implied, as to the quality, kind, character, quantity, weight, size, description, or fitness for any use or purpose of any sale goods. Bidders are responsible for the security of their purchases immediately after the award is made.. The auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of the seller or on his own behalf, staff, absentee, and/or Internet. The auctioneer reserves the right to start the opening bid. Disputes Between Bidders - If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer may render a decision or may immediately put the lot up for sale again and resell to the highest bidder. The decision of the auctioneer shall be final and abso¬lute. . Purchasers are responsible for the paperwork provided, a fee will be charged for replacement paperwork. Removal - Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. In the case of nondelivery, Personal and Property Risk - Agency - a blizzard is acting as agent only and is not responsible for acts of its principals.
