All items are sold as is where is with no warranty or guarantee. Bidder must be at least 18 years old to bid. The winning bidder is responsible for full payment and pickup of items. A 13% buyers premium applies to all purchases paid for by cash or check (No out of State Checks Please) and picked up on the scheduled pickup day(s). A 15% buyers premium applies to all purchases paid for by CC or that do not or cannot get picked up by close of business on the pickup day and any item needing shipped, the winning bidders credit card (Visa and Mastercard ONLY) will be charged for the full invoice total and any shipping fees that may apply. All winning bidders must pickup their items . All items are sold as is where is with no warranty or guarantee. Sales tax will be charged unless a sales tax id number is provided or the item is being shipped out of PA. This is a timed auction but please note the Auto-Extend Feature is enabled which will leave the bidding open for any item that has received a bid within the last minute from the last recorded bid time, even if the the ending time has been reached. This feature has been added to eliminate sniping and to make the online bidding process more like a 'LIVE' auction.

Hi everyone and welcome to our newest estate auction. This auction took us to the city where I was born, Washington, PA. These items represent several collections ranging from antiques to tools. There are some wonderful old game tables, gorgeous bride's baskets, so many lovely decorative glass pieces, tools galore and many lovely hand painted decorations done by the consignor's mother who was very talented. The home will be on the market soon, so if you're interested in a century home that you can make your own, we're sure the consignors and their real estate agent would be happy to talk to you. Housekeeping notes, as always. Please be mindful of the home. This is a residential street with many neighbors, please do not block driveways. Also, there is a garage with parking on the property. We are asking that those without items in the garage please not clog up the parking in front of the garage. Another note about the garage, we are asking that buyers enter the garage through the garage doors. The man door entry is not entirely safe. Please enter the property through the front door ONLY. Pick up will be Saturday May 14. Winning bidders will be provided the address via email. If you can't attend on May 14, please don't bid. We will not hold or haul your items. We understand that gas prices are high, they are high for us too. We can't provide moving and storage services regardless of gas prices. Non paying bidders will be banned and blacklisted. We will only lift the ban if any outstanding invoices are paid. We're a very small business, we can't just absorb the cost of non-paying bidders. Also, please search to find out how far Washington, PA is from your location before bidding. We can't stay late to wait on bidders. Shipping will be offered for out of town buyers. Shipping charges are actual shipping plus a $5 packaging and handling fee. We do ask that you be patient with us in regards to shipping. We're a two person operation and packaging, weighing and preparing items for shipping takes time. Also, if we mistakenly marked a large, heavy piece as shipping available, we will not ship it. Please call ahead and ask us, we do make mistakes. BIDDERS REQUIRING SHIPPING, PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Once your items are weighed and ready for shipping, we will send you a second invoice via email, please wait until you receive this invoice to pay, it's cheaper for you and us. Also, if you would like your items shipped to a location other than your own, please let us know. We're happy to ship items your purchased as gifts directly to the giftee. This week alone, my car warranty has expired 12 times, my social security number has been flagged 10 times and apparently there are multiple warrants our for me from the "US Justice."
