6.) Items purchased will be available for pickup PAYMENT & PICKUP: SATURDAY MAY 21 9 AM - 2 PM. Items are located at 3717 Lake Shore Drive, Cookeville, TN 38506. Must present photo ID when picking up property. No Shipping.
7.) This sale is final with no contingencies and is not subject to the buyer's ability to obtain financing.
