By placing a bid, you are entering into a contractual agreement with the seller to purchase item(s) should you be the highest bidder. Failure to follow through with your role in the transaction will result in negative consequences up to and including legal action to recoup damages caused to seller due to breach of contract.

A $50 disposal/restocking fee may be assessed and bidding priviledges for future auctions revoked if pick-up dates and times are not followed. Liquidating a water distilling business with an on-site auction. First hour of the auction will be LIVE ONLY, with second part being the online catalog, finishing with any leftover live lots.
Pre-bidding for the auction opens on Monday, June 17th at 10:00 AM CST. There will be NO SHIPPING for this auction, all items must be picked up on site or freight arranged.
Open House: Friday, June 28th from 3:00 to 6:00 PM CST
Post Auction Pick-Up Dates: Tuesday, July 2nd thru Wednesday, July 3rd from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM CST; and Tuesday, July 9th thru Wednesday, July 10th from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM CST.
