Retirement Auction of "Ma & Pa"

For over 20 years Ma & Pa have operated one of the most beloved stores in the Muldrow & Roland, Ok. area.  They have made so many friends on this journey, and they both said not seeing their customers all the time will be the hardest part of retirement.   For years they have offered everything from from Furniture, Tools, Trailers, Food Items, Bath Towels, Mowers, just about anything to their faithful customers.  

Join us Saturday April 23rd. 2022 for the opportunity to wish Ma & Pa  a very Happy Retirement and to bid on the great items that will be in the auction.  We will post a list of items very soon.  Mark your calendar and help us turn this auction into a Retirement Party for Ma & Pa and to say Thank You for all the time and dedication they have given to the community.

Auction Terms and Conditions:  All items will be sold in As-Is, Where-Is, condition at the time of auction.  All buyers are encouraged to make a reasonble inspection of the items before bidding and buying.  Once the items are declared sold by the autioneer, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the auction company nor the seller will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  All items must be paid for the day of auction. 

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or Check with property and approved Photo ID.  Credit and Debit Cards are also accepted as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of Credit or Debit Cards will be subject to a 4% buyers fee included with the final total.  Payments made with Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyers fee waived on personal property items only.

Restroom and Concession will be availble day of auction. 

Directions:  From the intersection of Hwy 64 and 4780 Rd. (Roland Rd.)  Go North on 4780 approx. One Mile and just before the Railroad Tracks you will come to the auction location.   Plenty of parking behind Ma & Pa's shop.
