Additional Information: We are selling CONTENTS of the school only. No fixtures or attached items will be auctioned. Removal dates are auction day until 3 PM and Monday (2/28) through Wednesday (3/2) from 8 AM to 2 PM. All items must be removed before 2 PM on Wednesday, March 2. Auction will be held in unheated building, so dress for the cold weather.
Terms: Cash, Good check, Credit Card. 5% buyer’s premium waived for cash or check. ID to register. Buyer takes responsibility for safety & proper use of all items purchased. All items are sold “As Is” with no guarantees or warranties. All sales are final.
