This auction is an ONLINE ONLY Auction that starts going off at 6PM on Monday, January 31st, located at 1463 Bay Tree Lane in Myrtle Beach, SC 29575 (must enter from deerfield main entrance on HWY 17). ***Credit Cards will be processed immediately following the auction!*** Cards will be processed up to $500.00 for a deposit that in nonrefundable for the merchandise that was purchased on the auction. The house is going on the market after auction, so all merchandise must be picked up!
- Preview Monday, January 31st from 2-5:30PM
- Auction Closes 3/min Monday, January 31st at 6PM
- Pick Up is Tuesday, February 1st, located at 1463 Bay Tree Lane in Myrtle Beach, SC 29575 (must enter from deerfield main entrance on HWY 17). The home is SOLD, if merchandise is not picked up it will be lost. Please bring your Paid in Full invoice for quicker pickup. We will assist customers with items, but will NOT load vehicles...bring help for furniture or packing closets, packing kitchens, or group lots.
Shipping for small items will be available, call or email to let us know about shipping prior to the auction or on pickup day. We do not know to ship unless we are emailed or called! We now use Jerri Bob's of Surfside Beach for all packing, shipping, and mailing. Jerri Bob's will be picking up all shipping items and taking them back to their facility. Jerri Bob's will correspond with all customers to see how to ship merchandise. They will not give quotes on the items prior to auction because they do not know the weights or dimensions after packaging.
We also will arrange delivery, call us before pickup day to accommodate.
* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
* All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed.
* Bidder inspection is encouraged.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
