Auction Times 8:30 AM Misc. 12:00 Noon Poultry 1:00 PM Hay/Straw 2:00 PM Livestock Here's How it works. To Buy - You need to register for a permanent number when you arrive. The fee for a permanent number is $5. You are responsible for your items once the auctioneer says sold, so keep small misc. items with you or place in your vehicle during the sale. At the end of the day, come to the office to pay your bill. We accept Cash, Checks, and all major credit cards. Sales tax is charged, as well as a 4% processing fee on all credit cards. We accept almost all varieties of miscellaneous New and Used items, including New & Used Hand & Power Tools, Lumber, Farm Related Equipment, Primitives, Garage and Barn Items, New and Old Collectibles -- Poultry – Hay/Straw – Livestock. Misc. items and Hay/Straw can be brought Tues through Friday 11am- 6pm. Livestock and poultry can be brought in on Saturday morning only, beginning at 8AM. HERE’S HOW IT WORKS Misc: We Auction consigned goods one item or in box lots. Come early, a designated area is provided to set out your items. A tag is provided for your name, address, and phone number. Items should be placed in neat rows. Depending on what you have, a tarp can be brought to protect your items. We do have space on wagons to put your goods on if needed, but this space is limited, on a first come first serve basis. Commissions vary depending on items sold price. Poultry: We sell Poultry by the head or by the count per cage or box. Commission rate is 20% Hay/Straw: Hay & Straw are sold by the bale - times the number of bales per stack. Stacks are tagged with number of bales and cutting. Commission rate is 10% Livestock: All livestock will be auctioned out of trailers. Commission rate is 10%.
Auctioneers commission applies to all consigned items. Payment and record of sold items can be picked up in 2 weeks or will be mailed. Amounts under $25 dollars will be paid in cash and can be picked up at the next live auction. MI SALES TAX APPLIES TO ALL SALES |
