American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company presents to you this circa 1920 Tool Shop which is nestled in historic downtown, Gregory, Michigan. There are two old buildings that are jam-packed with various tools, machines, railroad carts, and a massive abundance of scrap metal. It took several decades to fill these two buildings and property and it will take us approximately 2 hours to sell it all at LIVE public auction! This promises to be a fast-moving, no holds barred live auction. The vast majority of the assets will be sold in sections in large group lots and sold regardless of the final bid price.
