A 20% or $100 minumum deposit will be charged to the authorized credit card at the end of the auction. The remaining balance will be due within 2 days of the close of the auction, and the item will have to be removed from the premises at that time. Buyer must be present with photo ID at time of pickup. No refunds. All sales are final. Towing service is available for automobiles purchased though auction. $50+tax up to 10 miles. Inspection of cars or merchandice is encouraged, and is available Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, during the active bidding process. Visitors must sign in at the front desk and provide photo ID before entering the lot. Vehicles can be test driven only in the parking lot as we do not have dealer tags to be driven on the street. All vehicles have been described in the auction as best as we can, but we are not a repair facility and cannot guarantee anything, so buyer beware, perform your own inspections and keep in mind that all cars and merchandice are sold as is. TITLES WILL BE ISSUED IN BIDDERS NAME ONLY All vehicles with unclaimed salvage titles will need to be inspected by the Ohio State Highway Patrol before being registered to drive on the road in Ohio. Other states may have similar or different rules, check with your local BMV for details. All vehicles with clear titles can be licensed and registered immedietly after you visit the BMV. If a listing does not specify what type of title is provided, it is up to the bidder to call and find out. All bidders are pre-approved to bid up to $2,500.
