Delivery: Elite Auction Company can deliver items to people who live in the Anchorage & Matsu Area. Deliveries will be done on the weekends and can be done contactless with your written permission. Minimum delivery is $25 within Anchorage and $50.00 within Wasilla. Deliveries will be charged on a case-by-case basis depending on the number of items, size and weight. Storage Fees: Any items that have not been picked-up within the designated days & time frame listed for that auction, will be subject to our regular storage fees of $20 per lot, per day. If you know you are unable to pick-up during the designated time frame, please give us a call immediately and we can arrange a "Flat-Rate" storage fee. Late Payment Fees: All invoices are to be paid in full within 48 hours of the auction closing. We will attempt to contact you by email. You can update your payment through your hibid account or call us to process your payment over the phone. Any invoices left unpaid 48 hours after the close of the auction will be subject to $20 Late Payment fee per day. This fee will be charged daily, until the invoice is paid in full. Credit Card Decline Fees: Immediately following the close of the auction all cards will be processed, unless you have requested cash, certified cashiers check or wire transfer payment at least 24 hours prior to the auction closing. If you any reason your card is declined, you will be charged a $15.00 credit card decline fee. We will attempt to process the invoice 1 time per day until it is paid in full.
