This was an old 3 sided metal shop. It was 60' X 127' with 18'+ eves. It had 3 - 14' electric roll up doors, 3 - 16' Manual chain pulled roll up doors, and 18 shop lights. Please read this . It Cannot be put back up to it's original size. Some of the beams were welded and had to be cut. Once all the tin was off and the z beams cut loose some of the upright beams fell and were bent. Again , it can't be put back up to it's original size . Please come look at it before purchasing . We can assist in loading with a signed release that we will not be responsible for any damages to the Vehicle, trailer, or the any of the items purchased. We will help load only . Hauler will be responsible for strapping and securing the load.
