Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer’s Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid (if you bid $100 + 10% premium = $110), three percent (3%) will be added for credit card processing. Virginia sales tax will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form or if it is a titled item. If you purchase a firearm you will be required to do the paperwork necessary to transfer the fireaarm to you. Warner's Guns (located about a mile from the auction site) will be doing the transfer paperwork at a cost of $20 per gun. Payment: Credit Card, Business Check (with letter of guarantee), Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or Wire Transfer are approved methods of payment. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. A credit card is required to register for online bidding. A $100 “hold” will be placed on your card and that hold will typically be released within 72 hours after registering depending on your card holder’s regulations. All items must be paid for before any items are removed from the auction site unless prior arrangements have been made. Pickup: All items must be picked up and removed from the auction site on the scheduled removal days unless other arrangements have been made with the auction company. Any item not picked up by the end of the scheduled pick up time will become property of the auction company unless arrangements have been previously made. Removal days for this auction will be by appointment on Friday, December 10th from 1-5PM & Saturday, December 11th from 9AM-5PM. Merchandise: All Items are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE.
