This is an ONLINE ONLY auction. All items are sold AS IS, Where Is. Auction company does not guarantee year, make, model, kind, miles or hours. By registering to bid in this auction, you agree to the terms of inspection or waive your right to inspect the item. All items are sold in their current condition at pickup. Please call/email with questions prior to bidding. Items are scheduled to close in a staggered format where an item will close every 30 seconds on the date of the close. Any bids placed within the last 1 minute will extend the closing for an additional 1 minute. Our software allows you to place a "max bid" if you desire. The software will then bid on your behalf, up to your max bid in competition with other bids. You will be emailed an invoice at the close of the auction. Onsite pickup & checkout will be on Friday, December 17 from 1:00pm-6:00pm. NO EXCEPTIONS UNLESS EXPLICIT ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH AUCITON COMPANY. We ask that you please bring loading assistance with you to pick up larger items. After the auction has ended, you will be emailed an itemized invoice. Please check your spam/junk folder to make sure you don't miss your invoice. Must pay at local pickup (NO SHIPPING) - cash, check or card (3% convenience fee on card purchases). MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER AT REGISTRATION. Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller. Additionally, any bidder that does not pay for their items will not be allowed to participate in future Davis Auctions online events. Auction company is not responsible for internet issues you may experience during closing. We reserve the right to pause/postpone the closing if there are technical issues out of our control.
