Credit card required for registration. 15% BP will be added to the final bid of each item. Credit card on file will be automatically charged at the conclusion of the auction. Please be sure adequate funds are available. Items not paid for by 12 noon on Dec. 17, will become property of the auction company and may be resold. Items must be paid in full before removal. No partial payments, no refunds, no chargebacks. No payment accepted at load out site. Load out will be Friday, Dec. 17, 12 pm - 4 pm and Saturday, Dec. 18, 8 am - 12 pm by appointment only. Winning bidders will receive a link to schedule their pickup appointment along with their paid invoice. Winning bidders are responsible for all removal logistics including extra help, boxes, rigging, strapping, etc. There will be no equipment available for use on site. Items not removed by Dec. 18th become property of the auction company and may be resold.
