All units/merchandise sold as/is; this is a CASH ONLY SALE!!!! A cash deposit required for each unit purchased; deposit returned once the storage facility sees that the unit is completely empty and broom swept, no merchandise can be left/disposed on the property. Units must be emptied within 48 hours of the end of the auction. Please register at the office for a bidder number by 9:15 am the day of the sale at the Gary St. location, no one will be allowed to bid without registering. No videotaping/voice recording is allowed on the storage facility property whatsoever!!!!!

Up to 20 units will be auctioned and sold to the highest bidder by live competitive bidding. The sale will start at the 1650 Gary St., Bethlehem PA location at 9:30 am. Please register for a bidder number by 9:15 am at the Gary St. location. Once the sale has concluded; we then will proceed to Fountain Hill Self Storage at 701 N Clewell St, Fountain Hill, PA 18015 to finish the sale anytime after 10am.
