Auction Terms & Conditions By successfully registering for this auction you state that you agree to all stated terms and conditions of this auction. Everything is sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty implied or expressed. Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality. There are lots in this auction that can be shipped however we ask you call first to verify that lots you wish to bid on can be shipped if you need. Please review shipping terms for more detailed shipping information. All lots must be paid for and pick up by Friday October 29th at 4:00 pm without exception. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location of Ridge Crest Liquidators & Auctioneers 80839 Main Memphis, MI 48041 during posted pick up times without exception.
Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover (3% fee for all credit card transactions.). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction as well as 6% MI Sales Tax.

Firearms Sales Terms: All firearm buyers are subject to ATF NICS background check. All ATF documentation is required and will be adheared to and followed as required. Background checks must be run on the bidder who is registered with the auction. Valid State ID or Driver's License required for purchase. There is no exception for those with CPLs. Firearms and transfer fee must be paid for before check will be run. Failure to pass background check does not constitute a valid reason for refund. Please do not bid if you know you cannot own a firearm or if you know you will fail background check. There is a $15 transfer fee on top of the winning bid for all longgun firearm sales and a $25 transfer fee for all handgun sales. Buyer responsible for providing thier own cases for firearms. Trigger locks provided with all handguns where possible. Please contact us before bidding for our firearm shipping policies. Shipping for firearms is available to valid FFL dealers only. Shipping will be by USPS priority mail. Shipping fee for firearms is actual cost plus $20 handling fee.
