Listing Information
Located in Cherry St. Townhomes. Take Clearview Dr. off Cherry St. or 40th Ave. S. Then look for the sign that includes "M." The townhome you are looking for is M-52--an end unit. We'll have K-Bid signs leading the way!

This is the second of two amazing estate auctions from the estate of David Oliver. Additionally, there will be an upcoming auction of antique swords! Keep your eyes open! If you saw the first auction, you saw a lot of interesting, weird, cool, fascinating, and altogether eclectic items. This auction is bigger, better and crazier! Mr. Oliver was an army veteran who did multiple tours in Vietnam, and his passion for military history and Asia is obvious. In this auction you will find numerous items that show Mr. Oliver was a military/history enthusiast, that he loved Asia and Asian art, and that he was an artist himself. This is a really fun auction that covers a wide spectrum of items. You'll find the typical estate items--kitchen utensils, electronics, etc--but you'll also find a large amount of unopened and stashed items. You'll find a HUGE amount of Asian artifacts--statues, masks, etc.--coming from several different parts of Asia: Thailand, Indonesia, Tibet, Etc. You'll also find numerous toys and models depicting military history. There are also many items that reflect Mr. Oliver's passion for art, including books, utensils, and all manner of supplies. Last (but certainly not least), there are some really neat antiques/curios that would find a special display place in your home! Some of the headline items are: a Tibetan conch shell trumpet, a brand new 40" TV, a German Pickelhaube helmet, an engraving from 1769, and way more items than can be listed here. This is a really special auction worth driving for! Don't forget to like and follow our Facebook page! https://www.facebook.com/NorthCAuctionsKBid
