Payment is accepted in the form of CASH, PAYPAL, Business and Peronal Checks are acceptable at the auctioneer's discretion and only if accompanied by two forms of Identification. 4. All Purchases must be paid in full before any merchandise can be removed from the premises. 5. There will be NO CHECKOUT DURING THE AUCTION until 1pm !!! Checkout begins immediately after the sale is over until 6:00p. Checkout resumes on THURSDAY, May 23rd from 9:00a til 4:00p Additional Checkout is EXTREMELY LIMITED & AVAILABLE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! For Safety, the Removal of the Inground Car Lifts can begin on Thursday, May 23rd .. at 11am! 6. There will be a 15% Buyers Premium added to the purchase price of each lot sold. 7. Buyers will be responsible for paying Sales Tax on all purchases unless a valid un-revoked resale permit is provided and the buyer is in the business to resale the items purchased. 8. All items are offered "as is" "where is" with all faults. The auctioneer and seller make no representation or warranty expressed or implied as to the merchantability, correctness, description, fitness or condition. Some of the Vehicles are being sold, have been abandoned for an extended period of time and are being sold without a Title ... all legal requirements to have the owners remove them have been met. 9. Auctioneer hereby reserves the right to group, reduce, add or delete lots 10. Buyers hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Auctioneers and the Sellers from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from any injuries to persons or property caused during the auction or during the removal of items purchased. Furthermore the Buyer is solely responsible for any damage to the real property caused by or during the removal of items purchased. 11. All announcements made sale day take precedence over any previously published or distributed materials. 12. This sale is being conducted pursuant to all local & state laws.
