Take the Lone Pine Exit 30 off I-79 (south of Washington, PA). Turn toward Lone Pine at the storage unit facility and continue to Marianna. Go through the crossroads intersection on Lone Pine and Beallsville Road and turn onto Barr Run Road. The property is located on the left. Watch for ‘Behm’s Auction’ signs.
The following items are from the Richard Birch estate. This is only the highlights of another great auction with many other items still being uncovered.
Online Bidding is now available for this auction. Bidding will close at 6:00 pm on Friday, October 22nd.
Auction will start to soft close with Lot 1 at 6:00 pm, and a lot will close every 15 seconds unless there is bidding activity on that Lot.
Preview will be Monday, October 18th from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm. Pick-up will be One Day Only: Saturday, October 23rd from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm.
