LOCAL PICK UP ONLY NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE Auction Starts Closing on Saturday 10-23-2021 at 10:00 a.m. soft close. Auction Pick up starts at 8:00 am Sunday October 24 thru Monday October 25 at 5:00 pm. Winning bidders will have a gate access code good only during the designated times and the unit lock combination code sent to them on their invoice. All merchandise must be removed during this time frame or buyer forfeits merchandise that is left and the $100.00 deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS! In addition to buyers total purchase price an additional $100.00 deposit will be charged per unit to the buyers credit card. If unit is completely cleaned out and broom swept clean, parking area in front of the buyers unit is clean, and the combination lock is put back on unit and unit is locked the buyer will be refunded the $100.00 deposit. If buyer leaves any amount of merchandise, packing materials, boxes, etc and unit is not broom swept clean, parking lot is not clean in front of unit, and the lock is not put back on and unit locked the buyer forfeits the $100.00 deposit to cover expenses of disposal, cleaning, locks, etc. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are tax exempt we must receive the current completed ST-105 form via email prior to the start of the auction.
