On lots upon which there is a reserve, The Auctioneer shall have the right to act as a proxy bidder. A standard 18% BUYER'S PREMIUM will apply to each lot or item sold, unless otherwise specified. However, buyer's paying by cash will recieve a 3% DISCOUNT on their purchases (which would equate to 15% buyer's premium, unless otherwise specified. SALES TAX will also be applied to each lot or item sold. If you are TAX EXEMPT, please bring your vaild certificate and a completed form for our records. All items MUST be removed within the specified window of time. SHIPPING is avaiable on select items; please read details below. CONDITIONS OF ITEMS FOR SALE. Each item is sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS," with no warranty expressed or implied. Any descriptions or representations are believed to be correct, but are still for identification purposes only, and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of THE BUYER to have inspected the merchandise thoroughly, to determine it's condition, value, authenticity, and use, and to bid based upon that judgement solely.
