Auction of personal property of home located in Windsor Heights residential area in Danville. All items are to be picked up on site at location of home. Address will be provided to successful bidders. **** NOTE **** Only one day for pick up on Friday October 22 between 10am & 4pm - and you MUST have an appointment time set up. There will absolutely be no option at all of picking up items at our auction building. If you cannot pick up your purchases on Friday Oct 22, then you will forfeit these items with NO refunds. **** ALSO NOTE **** Driveway to home is extremely steep and narrow!! Do not attempt to enter with a low riding vehicle. There is only room at top of driveway for 3 to 4 vehicles.
