Bidder waives their right to a charge back and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases. Although some items are listed in working condition we do not guarantee durability or safety, especially vintage items! This is left to the buyer's discretion and soley their responsibility.

**If you are buying smaller items & glassware you will need to bring boxes & packing material, if you are buying large items & furniture you will need to bring your own straps/ ropes & packing materials.

**ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 5 DAYS OF AUCTION'S CLOSE WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED PROPERTY AND WILL BE DISPOSED OF AS WE SE FIT, BUYER WILL ALSO BE CHARGED 10% OF INVOICE PRICE WITH A $5.00 MINIMUM. THIS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE BUYER'S CARD ON FILE.

***********Bidding is similiar to ebay type auctions we recommend that all bidders put in their maximum bid when placing a bid online. If you place a maximum bid the software will play out the bids as you would be at a live auction and only uses the fund required to beat out the other bidders at a prescribed bid increments. All bidders will incur a $1.00 charge to their credit card for auction registration/bidder verification. This will appear on your final billing. An invoice will be emailed to all winning bidders at the conclusion of the auction.
Buyer's Premium 10% Buyer's premium will be charged per item. Payment Instructions: Acceptable forms of payment are Mastercard, Visa, Discover or Debit Card, which must be received by the auction company within 48 hours of the auction. Please contact the auction company with any other questions.

You must contact us if you want items shipped otherwise we will assume you are picking up in person. We use a shipping company in Corinth, Ms and will be glad to drop your winnings off there. They then will contact you to arrange shipping details and shipping payment. Thanks
