If you would like your items shipped please contact our office as soon as possible with shipping information, including your FFL (If required) Any item deemed to large to ship in house will be brought to the UPS Store at your expense. All Ammo is shipped via UPS - no Ammo can be shipped to a NYS resident but can be shipped to an FFL near you. * We do NOT ship powder or primers Everything is sold AS IS. WHERE IS. All persons bidding in absentee who have not physically inspected the goods prior to the sale are also subjected to these terms. All lots are sold "As is". Hessney Auction Co. and consigners make no guarantee or warranty as to the authenticity of the merchandise, the correctness of the catalog, nor shall any description (oral or written) of condition, size, quality, rarity, importance or provenance be deemed a guarantee. * Condition is listed with obvious flaws, or noted if firearm are new, unfired in box. "As New" does not mean "New" it is a condition report, meaning the firearm is "as new condition". If a firearm is brand new- unfired, it will be listed as so. Buyers Premium: All sales are subject to a Buyer's Premium; reference to the buyer's premium is made in auction advertisments, flyers and catalogs. Buyer's premium will be a stated percentage and must be paid by the buyer as part of the purchase price. * This is a public auction and not a retail setting. All sales are final. No returns or chargebacks are accepted. * Some items may be sold per peice. The bid price is multiplied by the amount of items in the lot. This is shown on the catalog using the bid price x quantity. (Example "$12.50 x 4" equals a total bid of $50.00)

If you buy Generators, large or heavy items like gun safes, bring multiple capable people to help you load! - This Includes the correct safe moving equipment (ie, Gun Safes) * If you cannot make these pickup days, simply reply to the email with your invoice with your name and what you purchased so that we can schedule another pickup within a REASONABLE time frame. All paperwork for firearms will be done on site at no extra cost. * If you purchase a handgun that needs to be added to your pistol permit, PLEASE contact your county for information. You can print out the paid invoice we email you and bring it (or send it, whatever your county's rules are) to your pistol permit office. They will add the handgun to your permit and issue you a purchase coupon for your handgun. You will then come to pick up your hangun at Hessney Auction Center. Be sure to bring NYS pistol permit, receipt, and purchase coupon. Each county may have different hours/instructions due to COVID-19. We realize many cannot pick up the week after auction; simply make an appointment by email for Monday - Wednesday the following week (or when you receive your purchase coupon). All firearm purchases require a Federal Background Check (NICS Check) unless you have a Federal Firearms License. All pistols require a NYS pistol permit unless you have a federal firearms license. Some firearms are not NYS compliant. Read the descriptions prior to bidding. SHIPPING: If you would like your items shipped, please respond to the email we send when you recieve your invoice asking for SHIPPING and Include your name and verify address. You will not recieve a response until the item is shipped. If you purchase a firearm, please see instructions below. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We are very busy Monday - Wednesday with local pick up. Shipments will start on Thursday, and may take 1-2 weeks. We will charge your registration credit card for your purchases. Once the shipping is calculated, we will charge your card for a second time. This process is much more convenient for us. Items typically ship within 2 weeks. We do our very best as we have a small staff, which also helps keep your costs down. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. We are willing to ship any items through USPS Priority mail or UPS . All postage, insurance and $10 handling fee will be added to EACH shipment for firearms. ** Ammunition Shipping: NYS RESIDENTS: All ammunition must be shipped to an FFL. For all out of state buyers, we will follow any federal regulations for shipping and amAmmo is shipped via UPS due to restrictions with USPS.
