- Bids cannot be cancelled unless a legitimarte error was made. Please contact Central Treasures staff asap if you feel an error was made. Please note: All bidders are responsible to abide by their legal binding contractual payment obligations.
- ITEM/S PICKUP AND PAYMENT ES EXPECTED ON THE DAY/S OF AND BETWEEN THE HOURS SPECIFIED ON THE AUCTION POSTING AND INVOICE. Communication is key. If you have a FELONY on your record or unable to pass the standard ATF 4473 paperwork background check submittal, DO NOT BID ON THE FIREARMS. if you win a gun but do not pass the background check, the firearm will not be provided to you.
- HANDGUNS (Automatic Pistols and Revolvers) - You much be 21 years old or older to bid on and receive a handgun. If you are a Texas resident, you may pick up the handgun at auction pickup date/s after completion of ATF Standard Form 4472 and successful background check. If you ARE NOT A TEXAS RESIDENT, you can still bid no and receive a handgun, however, you cannot pick up in person. The handgun must be shipped to a registered FFL Firearms License holder in the state of your residence. All State and Federal Laws Must Apply.
