BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. If you bid $100.00 at check out you will be charged $110.00. PAYMENT: Boats and tractor will require CASH payment before release of item or title. Payment will be required within 24 hours of auction ending. Your credit card that you register with will be charged at the end of the auction, prior to pickup, on all other items (besides boats or tractor). STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 5:00pm EST at the rate of 2 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the lot closing. LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick their items up at the specified location in the auction listing. Any items left after the specified load out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pick up or shipping arrangments are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials & moving equipment. It is the responsibilty of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, or the image may not always accurately represent the color of an item, always read the item description.
