Auction Terms & Conditions * All merchandise is sold "as is" & "where is" with no warranties expressed or implied. * ALL SALES ARE FINAL * Reserve price must be met to purchase a item all lots that do not meet the reserve are up to the seller to place back in a auction or to have the item returned to them * 15% Buyer Premium added to each purchase or $5.00 whichever is greater *The buyer and the seller help pay auction costs. No one is excluded from the buyer's premium. * Bidder inspection is encouraged from the description and pictures provided, it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item .* The Buyers Catalog is a courtesy, meant as a descriptive guide only. We do our best to take a lot of pictures, including any damage that we see, so you have the benefit of viewing the items from all angles. * All descriptions, conditions, years, models, etc of equipment on this website have been obtained from sources deemed reliable. However, neither the seller nor the Auctioneers are responsible for any errors in description or condition. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * We reserve the right to reject any bid at our discretion. * Types of payment accepted are Cash only at this time * All invoices not paid within 3 business days of the auction scheduled pick up days will be returned to inventory and bidder's file will be noted as a failure to pay and may have all bidding privileges revoked from Hibid. * All items MUST be picked up on the specified Pickup Dates as listed on each auction. Items NOT picked-up by the close of business of specified date will be charged a $25 per day storage fee. NO EXECPTIONS on the 3rd after the scheduled pick up days it will return to inventory and you will no longer be able to bid with us. * All property is to be removed immediately on date(s) and time(s) specified. * Winning items will ONLY be picked up during times designated. * Shipping is available for smaller lot items that can be shipped through USPS. All larger items will be set for either local pickup only or shipping must be arranged by the buyer. Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail and will be calculated as such. Items requiring shipping can and will be charged an additional handling fee. * For your protection, items can only by shipped to the address listed on you invoice. * If items from this auction requires shipping, an additional 15% handling fee will be added to the cost along with the USPS Priority Shipping Rate. * For internet-only auctions, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. * No Sales, trading, bartering, or horse trading of ANY items on premises at any time! This is a sealed bid auction. We have some large items in this auction and a play boy 1st edition reprint for up for auction. All items with reserves will not be won unless the item meets the reserve before the auction ends.
