Kilmichael High School is located at 1003 Money Ave., Kilmichael, MS. 39747. The property is estimated to be 10 Acres. The school is made up of four separate buildings and a football field. All assets on property are included in the sale. This includes assets in the the building and on the exterior. -2 Story Highschool was built in 1940 -Band hall was built in 1950 -Full size gym was built in 1956. (baseball equipment inside gym is not included in this auction) -Front wing was built in 1963. -Tech Building was built in 1998. - Full size football field. (stands and lights not included with the football field) The school was shut down in 2018 and has not been used since. A bid deposit will have to be made to inspect the property as well. Please see all pictures and documentations for the auction. Pictures will show building and floor plans. Documentations will show renovations and more. Note: Please read and understand the Agreement of Purchase and Sale attached prior to placing your bid. The Board shall have complete discretion as to whether to accept or reject any bid for whatever reasons it may, in its absolute discretion, consider appropriate. The Board reserves the right to negotiate with any bidder and to undertake concurrent negotiations with different bidders. The Board also reserves the right to cease accepting bids for the Property at any time. While it is understood that bidders may want to attach conditions to any bid they may submit, it is anticipated by the Board that the form of bid itself will not be amended and that any such conditions would be attached by way of schedule(s) to the final bid.
