These are the terms and conditions for this auction by registering to bid the bidder has agreed with all terms and conditions and hereby given notice that hey are legally bound to them.
There is a 13 percent buyers premium for any one paying with credit card. 10 percent premium for cash or check
1. All items are sold as is where is with no warranty. It is the buyers responsibility to preview the item and make thier own assesment. The auction company will do their best to disclose any flaws that were noticed during our inspection of the items but is not responsible for any that were not found by our staff.
2 Registration All people registering to bid must give full name and address. The auction staff reserves the right to ask for identification at pick up. All buyers must bring a copy of Their invoice for pickup, an emailed copy will be fine.
3 Payment. All buyers will be contacted before pickup to determine their payment method. If using Creditcard or Debit your account will be charged so you can just bring the paid invoice with you to get your items.
4 Pick up of items. The auctioneer is not responsible for any items not picked up by the end of the last pickup date.
5 Claims. No claims will be allowed on any goods once they are removed from the property. Any damage to items resulting from buyer while on premises is not the responsibility of the auctioneer.
6 Responsibility of Auctioneer For non Delivery. This states that if you pay for an item but do not receive it you will only be entitled to the amount you paid for it no more.
7 Risk to buyers, anyone they bring with them and any property they bring with them. Anyone attending any part of this auction shall not hold the auctioneer or the seller liable for any injury or damage to thier property. So basically be careful and don't hurt yourself.
8 Sales Tax. The sales tax for Cattaraugus county is 8% You can expect to pay sales tax unless you have tax exempt status. If you do please contact us so we know to bring the necessary forms and to change your invoice.
9 The auctioneer is acting as an agent for the owner of the items consigned in the sale and is not responsible for the acts of the principle.
10 Checks. The auctioneer reserves the right to not accept a check from a person. If a check is accepted and it turns out to be no good the auctioneer will impose a $50.00 fee for the bounced check.
11 Shipping. We do offer shipping for items that can be shipped. There will be a boxing fee of $10 There will be additional fees for items requiring extra work or supplies to package. If you are unsure if an item is shippable contact us. If you buy multiple items and they all fit in a box easily we will only charge you once for packaging. This is at the discretion of the auctioneer. If you buy an item and it can not be legally shipped it is not the auctioneers responsibility. If you are buying one of the vehicles you have to arrange your own shipping.
12 Additional terms and conditions. The auctioneer reserves the right to add more terms or conditions if it is deemed necessary before the end of the sale.

We are offering items from several consignors. We are selling a few tools left over from the Helms retirement auction and items from a small estate we cleared out in Great Valley. There are tools, china cabinet, Jarts, Flat screen T.V. Cahin Saw Masonry items, dry sink ,Record players, Dinning room table and chairs. 1 POULAN PRO 50 cc chainsaw runs but when I started it the brake was stuck on did not investigate any further 2 China Cabinet 2 piece 6 ft. wide 22in deep 78 in tall In very good shape. solid all glass is goos has really nice slide out drawers in the center can back right up to it with a truck for easy loading 3 table and 6 chairs 2 extra leaves all chairs are solid. legs are removed for storage but when we picked it up it was very sturdy 66x44 plus each leaf is 17 inch chair upholstery could use a light cleaning 4 Wheelbarrow great shape tires good not broken very solid 5 book shelf wood 72x42 good for a kids room 6 McCullough chain saw 610 did not run but appears to be almost out of fuel. has compression and looks to be in good condition. 7 Art metal Knoll Mid Century Modern Chair The upholstery on this needs to be redone but the wood is solid and it looks cool. 8 funky orange chair 60s retro This chair needs someone funky to buy it. You can't find them in this color any more 9 Stop sign metal 10 Jarts Lawn Darts game YES WE WILL SHIP Yes we have found more of them for you to buy. These are great for teaching your kids what life was like in the dangerous times. 11 12 Drysink solid wood nice shape 44x19x38 14 Blue Arm Chair could use some cleaning this estate was put in storage months ago 15 end tables Mersman i think they are maple solid in decent shape 16 coffee table matches end tables 17 marble top side table marble needs a cleaning it had a plant on it 18 queen sized head board just head board nothing else great for upcycling project or use as is 19 leaf blower runs but needs some work it started for me but the throttle cable is not attached so i had to rev it up by hand. Live a little buy them nothing bad has ever happened with jarts. 23 Presidential hand wash sink 1907 pan american expo The consignors bought this from an antique dealer who said it came out of a hotel where President McKinley washed his hands during the 1907 Pan American Exposition. We don't know which hotel or have any actual proof. We are just giving the story that... 24 Citeron mark V Stereo reciever was the Helms house where we did the auction. It works but does have small crack in the plastic on the tuner see pics.
