Terms of Personal Property: Payable in cash, cashier's check, personal check with current letter of guarantee made to Top Tier Auctions, LLC, and wire transfer, buyer is responsible for wire fee. Approved payments: Cash, approved check, Visa, M/C, American Express, Discover, Debit, or wire transfer, payer is responsible for wire fee. All credit card transactions will be charged a credit card transaction fee. Payment Arrangements: Payment arrangements must be made by 10AM on October 22, otherwise the card registered will be charged. Your final invoice will include the cost of you item(s), shipping, insurance, and credit card fees. If necessary, buyers must request separate billing. All purchases sold in as-is condition. We may, at our discretion, provide our opinion as to the condition of items but do so with no guarantee or warranty. Items are available for thorough inspection and bidders are cautioned to inspect prior to placing any bids. There is no sales tax applied to any out of state purchases that are shipped, and sales tax is the responsibility of the buyer.
