6pm - Auction Begins
7pm - Titled Vehicles
8pm - Firearms
11pm- Doors Closed
Directions. Heading South on 259 into Kilgore, Take a left at the red light in front of Atwoods onto Pentecost, and then follow it as it veers to the right, Building is on the right. Also Next to Mazzios Pizza
Auction Close: Immediate and On Site
Bidding: Live
BP: 15% Buyers Premium
Firearms: All firearms must be paid for in CASH, and on the day of sale, then must be picked up at our offices at 509 N Fredonia, Longview, Tx 75601. A background check will be required on all firearms.
Vehicles: All vehicles and titled items must be paid for in CASH, and on the day of sale.
Concession: Concessions on sight
Payment: All invoices must be paid on the day of auction before you leave. Cash Cashier's Check, Wire, Visa or Mastercard, Discover, Amex. There is a $35 service fee that will be assessed for any credit card that is declined for a purchase for any reason.
Billing amount: Large amounts, (Over $500) at our option, may be charged a deposit to your credit card and the balance to be paid by Cashier's check on pickup.
Sales Tax: We must have your sales tax information on file prior to invoice to qualify for sales tax exemption. No exceptions. Please go to http://www.waltcadeauctions.com/salestax.htm to provide us the info. Pickup Items: Auction day after auction and 10-2 Day after auction.
Pickup: Any items not picked up timely will be charged a disposal fee and or a $10 per day, per lot, storage charge. Loading: We do not load. We have a Pallet Jack and Dollies available free to use on site. Please bring your own loading assistance.
Shipping Arrangements: We do not ship items for this auction.

A mandatory background check, at a cost of $20, will be required on all firearms. If a buyer fails a background check, the Auctioneer shall retain the firearms less a thirty-percent (30%) re-stocking fee.
Vehicles: All vehicles and titled items must be paid for in CASH, and on the day of sale.
