All winning bidders' credit cards will be charged at the conclusion of the auction. There is a 15% buyer's premium. Maryland sales tax(6%) will be charged on all items unless a Maryland resale certificate or exemption certificate is sent to our office prior to the auction closes. All items are sold as is, where is and with all faults. Capital Online Auctions does not offer any kind of warranty, expressed or implied as to any item's condition, quality or value. All of the winning bidders must pick up the items on the designated date during the designated times. The buyers are responsible for disconnecting any plumbing, shelving or other items that are connected. The buyers are responsible for any damage that they cause. Any items not picked up during those times will be considered abandoned.

Online only auction starts closing at 1:00pm EST on Tuesday, August 3, 2021. The first 3 items in catalog order will close at 1:00pm EST, then 3 items per minute, thereafter. If there are any bids in the final 3 minutes, that item(s) will be extended for 3 additional minutes, and keep extending as long as there is a bid in the 3 minute extension(s). Removal: By appointment on Thursday, August 5, 2021, Friday, August 6, 2021 & Monday, August 9, 2021 10am-5pm each day. Shipping is available. If shipping is needed, you are responsible to pay for and arrange for the shipping to be picked up by Monday, August 9, 2021. You are also responsible to pay a packaging fee to the seller. For items that ship on a pallet, there is a $40 fee due to the seller to palletize and wrap or strap each pallet (up to 48x48). For items that can ship USPS, UPS or FedEx, there would be a $15 fee and you are responsible to send a prepaid shipping label to the seller and schedule a pickup by Monday, August 9, 2021
