All doors will be locked and there will be a sign with pickup instructions. We will take each person picking up in order of arrival. You will be allowed to come into the office for your items. Only one winning bidder with no more than 3 helpers will be allowed in at a time, if loading out large & heavy items, such as furniture. We will expect the bidders to adhere to the CDC social distancing recommendations and asking bidders to maintain at least a 6 ft distance from our staff, and other bidders. While we are doing our best to ensure your and our safety, you are picking up at your own risk. We are sorry for any inconvenience but hope you understand our concern for your and our safety.
